This shop is for selling my artwork as premade ebook covers, full print covers, 3D ad mockups, and box sets.

Following your purchase:
Please include the following information: Title of Book, Sizes needed for Ebook design and/or Print Cover design, any changes to font (font, font size, font color, font effects, font placement. These changes are free.), any design element changes (character gender, character placement or orientation, overall colors of theme, and any other changes necessary to make your cover choice the perfect one. These changes may result in an additional nominal fee of $5-25/change.) Please let me know if you need changes to any add-ons you may have purchased (3D Ad Mockup, Audiobook, Print Cover, etc.) If your purchase includes a 3D Ad Mockup, please note any specific changes you want. If any changes result in the purchasing of new image licensing, that cost will be passed onto you.
Note to Customer: You are purchasing a premade cover design in its totality with unlimited digital use for advertising (Ebook) and rights to print up to 500K copies. If you need an extended license, please contact me at [email protected]. I retain rights to all images and design elements used in cover creation.
Client:
May use the Book Cover Design as is, in any promotional capacity required, such as but not limited to bookmarks, banners, or posters.
May not sublicense the work to third parties without Artist permission.
Agrees to abide by all third party image licensing requirements.
Agrees to contact the designer, Eva Taylor, aka Allyn Design, if they wish to create merchandise featuring the cover, to discuss purchasing an extended license for stock images.
Agrees to contact the designer, Eva Tayor, aka Allyn Design, if the book reaches 500,000 print sales, to discuss purchasing an extended license for stock images.
Note from Designer (Eva Taylor, aka Allyn Design:
Declares she has obtained all proper rights or licenses for all images used in creation of the Work.
Grants the Client exclusive use of the design for the purpose of a book cover and related promotional material.
Retains the right to include the Work in her online portfolio or business promotion.
Acknowledges she does not own or have right or title to the Book containing the Work, nor to receive any royalties on Book(s) sold, or derivative works containing the Work.
Agrees to treat all information about the Book’s content as Confidential and not cause or permit such Confidential Information to be disclosed to any third party, until the book is published online by the Author.
