When ordering a cover, please provide me with title and author information (and any other cover text) in the Order Notes section. Make sure the information and your email are accurate, and I will email you the ebook cover in jpg format (RGB, 300 dpi, 1800 x 2700 pixel resolution which translates to 6 x 9 inch paperback size). Let me know if you have any different cover size or format requirements. (Note: I cannot provide source files.) I’ll also send a 3D ebook mockup in jpg format for book promotion on social media. If you don’t get a response within 3 business days, please check your spam folder.
With the purchase of the premade cover design, you are getting an exclusive publishing license to use the cover as your ebook cover only. The copyright for the artwork and design remain with the artist/designer and Charm Multimedia, and we retain the right to display them in our portfolios. The cover may not be resold. With the cover purchase, you also agree to include a line of attribution on the copyright page at the beginning of your book as follows: “Cover Design © Karuna at Charm Multimedia | www.charmmultimedia.com”.
If you need some minor changes made to the cover, please let me know when you place the order. I’ll let you know which changes may be possible, and which may not. For more numerous or detailed changes, additional fees will apply. Any changes requested after a final cover is sent may incur additional fees as well. For print or audio book covers, or a more customized cover, you can use the product enquiry form to contact me about details and pricing. We can customize for more unique settings and characters (age, gender, ethnicity, distinguishing features, special clothing etc.), especially as our character art is not from stock photos. Our covers can work as standalone or can be turned into a series on request. Our designs include the use of licensed and free materials (such as 3d work, photos, fonts, effects and digital processing software) as well as digitally painted and/or illustrated elements. We tackle a range of genres, including historical romance, sci-fi, action, YA, fantasy and dystopian fiction.
