When you order, please make sure to include:
-Author Name as you want it displayed
-Book Title + Series name if applicable & book # in series
-Any additional text you’d like on the cover (headline, quote, recognition, etc.)
-If you’d like any minor changes, message me ahead of time so that I can determine if it’s doable. I can accommodate some changes. These include:
- Font- you will need to be specific about what you want. If needed, I’ll send you a few options based on what you requested. You can also give me a specific font name.
- Some color changes- not the entire cover and there may be limitations. Ask me ahead of time.
- Shifting some elements in the design.
**Be as specific and detailed as possible when requesting changes. Once we’ve agreed on the final design, extra charges will apply for additional changes.

-You can add additional services during checkout. Please make sure to fill in all necessary information. The timeline for additional services varies. If you have a specific deadline, please email me beforehand to confirm availability.
If you’re purchasing paperback or hardcovers, I will email you for further information, including word count, trim size, and blurb. You must respond to this email within 48 hours so that I can work on your covers. If you fail to do this, the order will be canceled and you will need to re-submit it.
By purchasing a cover, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
-Some designs use stock photos. These include a standard license, which allows you to sell up to 500,000 print copies. If you expect to sell more than this and wish to obtain the extended license, let me know. I will direct you to the necessary site where you can purchase the extended license personally.
-Covers are custom made and will only be sold once. If you buy a cover, the design will be unique to your book.
-Covers cannot be resold.
-By purchasing, you agree that you will not make any changes to the cover and/or will not allow anyone else to do so.
-You must credit Nyx Alaister as the artist when publishing your book.
