Upon ordering, please include in your inquiry:

• Your book title
• Your author name
• Any other text you want on the cover, such as series information or endorsements
• Whether you would like any small changes to the design (please see below for limitations)
• If you want a paperback, hardcover, or audiobook version of the cover, do not place an order yet—please see below.

Small changes to the design are included in the price listed here, such as changing colours, fonts, or minor rearranging of design elements. Please be specific in your order or inquiry if you would like changes. If you request further changes after I have sent the file, extra charges may apply, so please list all requests at the time of purchase. Not all requested changes may be possible.

Major changes to the cover, beyond those types listed above, will be charged at my custom cover rate found on my website at kairosbookdesign.com. Please use the inquiry form to get in touch with me before you purchase the cover if you require such changes.

For paperback, hardcover, or audiobook covers, please use the inquiry form to get in touch with me before you purchase the cover. We will need to discuss requirements for the specifications before the cover can be customised. The paperback wraparound is included in the price listed here, but hardcover and/or audiobook covers will incur an extra charge.

Other Terms and Conditions

• All my premade covers are sold one time only and your cover will never be sold to another author.
• Stock photos are from Depositphotos using their standard licence. This means you may have up to 500,000 print copies made of your book (or any printed promo materials you create) before you must purchase the extended licence. If you wish to purchase the extended licence for unlimited usage, please contact me so I can provide you with the information to purchase the licence directly from Depositphotos. There will be an extra charge.
• You may not resell the cover.
• You may not make changes or pay another designer to make changes to the cover.
• I do not provide source files.
• I can provide the artwork without the text for an extra charge.
• I may not save the file(s) after I deliver it to you, so you must ensure you store it in a safe place. I am not responsible if you lose the file(s).
