Can I get a back and spine for my cover so it can be used in print?
It depends. Some designers will happily do a back cover and spine for you. But this will cost extra. The best thing to do is contact the designer of the cover you are thinking of buying beforehand by using the ‘Product Enquiry’ form on product pages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer two payment methods: PayPal and credit card.
What is your returns/refund policy?
No refunds will be given except at our discretion.
There was a book cover that I really wanted, but when I went to purchase it I discovered it was out of stock?
All book covers are exclusive and will only be sold once on a first-come first-served basis.
I’m a cover artist: how can I sell my designs here?
Easy! Head over to this page where you can find out more about how to register, upload your covers, get paid, etc.
I just placed an order for a premade book cover design and submitted payment but my order still says pending?
All payments are verified before your order is processed. This is to help prevent fraud.
How long will it take for my cover to be delivered?
All covers are delivered by email. Expect to receive your cover within 72 hours. If you haven’t received it after this time, please email contact[at]thebookcoverdesigner.com and we’ll look into it. Be sure to check your spam folder first though, as emails from designers have been known to end up there.
Do you offer instant downloads of your ebook covers?
No, because we have to edit the generic text before sending covers out. Once this is done, usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving an order, covers are sent out by email.
Can you add the text for my cover design?
Yes your designer can add the text to your cover. There is a box on the checkout page called Order Notes; you can add your cover text there. If you don’t do that, your designer will contact you after you’ve made your purchase to ask what text you would like to have added.
Are your book covers exclusive?
All book covers on TheBookCoverDesigner.Com are 100% exclusive and only sold once.
Note: our designers make use of stock photography so we cannot guarantee that the image/s in your cover will not be used elsewhere.
