SHORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Ars Ad Astra and all its representatives (Designer) are not responsible for any monetary or other damage or problems caused by erroneous information given while buying the premade cover or in subsequent e-mails. The client (Author) is the sole responsible party to provide a well proofed title, subtitle, author name, blurb or tagline.
Designer claims that all used source files and photography is either licensed or owned, and takes full responsibility of legal consequences. If any of the sources are given by the Author, the Author takes the full responsibility for the copyright of the given files.
By buying a cover, either premade or custom from Designer, the Author agrees to these terms and conditions.
